Pre-Game: Exhibition Game #8 Oilers vs. Canucks

Welp, finally the last exhibition game is here and then the Oilers can start doing it for real. The Oilers are coming off a gutsy, hard fought 4-3 (SO) win against the Minnesota Wild. It would have been easy for the Oilers to fold the tents last night, but they didn't and they prevaile in the end. It's another glimmering light that the Oilers are trying to turn this thing around and become a respectable team. The Oilers continued the theme of battling hard on pucks and keeping the play in front of them. Tonight. the Oilers face a Canucks team that beat them 2-1, 10 days ago. That night the Canucks dressed their "B" team. It was probably the most lethargic game the Oilers have played this preseason. The Canucks and Oilers should be dressing essentially the teams they will dress for opening night, as its both teams' last exhibition games. I am also thankful that last night was the last night for awhile that I won't have to see a game via the internet. My eyes appreciate it.
